Factories can become the most beautiful systems in the world.

We’re creating intelligence to connect people, machines, materials, and decisions, aiding manufacturers in understanding and optimizing factory operations.

We like problemswithout obvious answers

We’re fast learners and fast appliers who take real pleasure in solving hard systems problems.

  • Learn fast.Stay curious and follow the evidence.
  • Choose hard problems.Solve consequential challenges without obvious answers.
  • Apply faster.Turn new understanding into action.
  • Stay humble.Let reality win, regardless of who is right.
  • Communicate clearly.Make complexity legible and decisions actionable.
  • Keep standards high.Test assumptions and sweat the details.

Make factories capable of understanding themselves.

Mission

A factory is one of the most complex systems people operate. Every order moves through materials, machines, labor, routings, suppliers, and schedules. The intelligence required to run it already exists, but it is scattered across software, documents, and the experience of the people on the floor. For generations, factories have depended on experts who carry the operation in their heads. Digital systems record individual pieces, but rarely understand how they affect one another. As production becomes more complex, the distance between available data and a confident decision continues to grow.

At ProDex, we are building an AI factory operator that learns how each operation actually works. Dexter connects factory data with human knowledge to create a live model teams can question, simulate, and improve. Our vision is a factory capable of understanding itself, preserving its expertise, anticipating consequences, and giving its people the clarity to make better decisions.
